77th Independence Day Celebration

On the occasion of India’s 77th Independence Day, Ramesh Chandak English School organized a grand celebration. The event was attended by students of Grade V to X and it was a day filled with patriotism and pride. The celebration began with the hoisting of the national flag by the school principal Mrs. Aparna Dey, followed by the singing of the national anthem. Nimish Lilade a student of grade X presented a short speech on the theme of patriotism and national Unity. The speech was followed by a ppt presenting on ‘The New Face of India’ prepared by Among Nimje and Tanmay Mundharikar the student of grade VIII under the guidance of Ms. Varsha and Ms. Deepa. Akshara Deshpande and Anushka Belkhode of Grde X presented flawlessly the progress of India in all fields namely sports, Industry, Economic, Education, health, etc. along with the slides. Later students of grade X performed a beautiful dance depicting the theme  ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’.The credit for the dance goes to Ms. Mukta, Ms. Harsha, Ms.Deepa and Ms. Varsha who worked hard under the guidance of Principal Mrs. Aprna Dey our motivator. The chief guest  was not only impressed and not only  appreciated but also praised the efforts of the students. Overall, the Independent Day celebration was a great success and it helped to instill a sense of patriotism and pride in everyone.
