Ramesh Chandak English School, Mahal, Nagpur, celebrated its Annual Sports Day with great enthusiasm and excitement on the school playground. The entire day was filled with joy, energy, and a vibrant sporting spirit. Students, teachers, and staff actively participated and enjoyed the event. The programme was graced by the honourable Chief Guest, Mrs. Aparna Dey, Principal of the school, whose presence added prestige to the occasion. The event began with a warm and floral welcome extended by the Primary Headmistress, Mrs. Aarti Senad. A large number of students enthusiastically participated in various games and sports events. The playground came alive with colours, cheers, and vibrant performances, reflecting the true spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork. The highlight of the event was the prize distribution ceremony, where the best athletes and outstanding performers were awarded shields and mementos by the Chief Guest. The Sports Day concluded on a joyful note, leaving behind unforgettable memories and inspiring students to excel in both sports and academics. We believe that the mind frame of the children can be prepared upto the age of 10 years only. So, it is necessary that we inculcate in them the seed of right values, which will help them mould their future life. To imbibe proper values, so as to understand life is much more important than merely preparing the child for examinations. The art of living is always important than proficiency in individual subjects. The proficiency prepares a person for a profession, but profession is just a part of life. There are other more important aspects of our life, which need subtle training. The neglect of these aspects is likely to lead to a top sided development of personality, whereas, we desire for our students a fully integrated personality for a successful and happy life.
