RCES organized a motivational and inspirational seminar for Grade IX and X students, to build confidence, foster positive thinking and connect learning to real world success, ultimately boosting engagement and future preparations and aiming to inspire students to set goals, overcome challenges and develop essential skills. Mr. Pawan Sarda C. A., and Director of CAPS was invited as a chief guest for the special seminar. Mrs. Aparna Dey, Principal, RCES welcomed Sir by offering handmade bouquet. Pawan Sarda Sir and Principal ma’am both delivered an exceptional and motivational speech in a very convincing way. The Principal added that the success of RCES is driven by the visionary leadership of Honourable President Shri. Mohit Shah Sir, Vice – President Shri. Vikas Binzani Sir, Secretary Adv. Rajeev Deo Sir and other Members of the Society.
We believe that the mind frame of the children can be prepared upto the age of 10 years only. So, it is necessary that we inculcate in them the seed of right values, which will help them mould their future life. To imbibe proper values, so as to understand life is much more important than merely preparing the child for examinations. The art of living is always important than proficiency in individual subjects. The proficiency prepares a person for a profession, but profession is just a part of life. There are other more important aspects of our life, which need subtle training. The neglect of these aspects is likely to lead to a top sided development of personality, whereas, we desire for our students a fully integrated personality for a successful and happy life.
